After the skirt boards went up and looked so nice, we rented a floor nailer and got to work on the flooring.  The end result is pretty awesome.

We still need to put the rest of the floor outlets in and do the base trim.

Never able to accept the 'standard' criss-cross skirting material they sell for this sort of thing, we decided to make our own skirt boards for the conservatory.

We ripped down a ton of cedar fence pickets into tiny strips, individually painted them with oil paint (two coats), then nailed them up in a repeating pattern (two narrow, one wide).  It took a few days, but I'm glad we did it this way - it looks fantastic!

The roof is done!
The 'envelope' is sealed.  Not much left to do except a bit of flashing work on the skirt and to close up the bottom!

I've been installing the electrical under the decking.  It's something I'm comfortable with and doesn't take too long.
